THE challenge
We started with an established brand and a set of early wireframes that worked more as a map of the product than a finished experience.
Through an LDJ with the client, we defined the product direction, identified opportunities and prioritized the experiences that would shape the platform.
The design
From there, I helped turn that roadmap into a product, redesigning the core experience and progressively introducing features like onboarding, memberships, community spaces, events and 1:1 coaching.
As the product grew, we also built a component system that allowed both design and development to keep expanding the platform consistently.
The Outcome
What started as an early MVP evolved into a complete membership platform. Many of the experiences we helped define, including onboarding, coaching, content and community, remain at the core of Cooper today.
